3D Printing Technologies.
Every part has a best-fit process. FDM for economy and size, SLA for detail and finish, MJF for strong functional nylon — here's the honest map, and what we don't print.

FDM 3D Printing
The affordable workhorse — thermoplastic parts from the 100+ printer Bambu Lab farm. Best for prototypes, models, large builds and batches on a budget.
Explore FDM
SLA (Resin) 3D Printing
UV-cured photopolymer with near-polished surfaces and 0.05 mm detail. Best for models, dental work, jewellery patterns and presentation pieces.
Explore SLA
Multi Jet Fusion (MJF)
HP's production process — whole-layer fusing for fast, consistent PA12 batches. Best for end-use parts and low-volume production.
Explore MJFLarge format isn't a separate technology — it's segmented FDM/SLA at metre scale: see the large format service.
Which Technology Is Most in Demand in the UAE?
FDM leads on volume — economy and speed win most jobs. But demand follows the part: SLA dominates models and dental, MJF owns functional production. Match the process to the outcome, not the hype.
| Cheapest per part | FDM — our most economical process, especially in PLA |
|---|---|
| Finest detail & surface | SLA — 0.05 mm layers, near-polished |
| Strongest functional nylon | MJF — production-grade PA12 |
| Largest builds | FDM — plus segmented multi-metre assemblies |
| Best for batches | MJF — 100s per build, reorder-identical |
| No supports needed | MJF — powder holds every overhang |
What About Metal 3D Printing?
We don't currently print metal — our verified material list is polymers and composites, and we'd rather say so than sell you a promise. For many "metal" requests, carbon-fiber-filled nylon honestly does the job at a fraction of the cost; for genuinely metal-critical parts, we'll recommend machining or a specialist metal AM route. If metal printing joins our fleet, it will appear here first.
