3D Printed Functional Parts
That Earn Their Keep.
Brackets, housings, fixtures and replacement components in engineering polymers — scoped by load, temperature and media, printed in Dubai, and dimension-checked before they ever reach your assembly.
Six Families of Functional Parts
Every part scoped honestly — if additive is the wrong tool for the load, we say so.
Brackets & Mounts
Structural brackets, spacers and mounting hardware in nylon and reinforced grades.
Housings & Enclosures
Electronics enclosures, covers and cable management made to spec.
Jigs, Fixtures & Tooling
Assembly aids, alignment guides and gauges built around your equipment.
Snap-Fits & Mechanisms
Living hinges, clips and moving assemblies that work straight off the printer.
Custom Hardware
Knobs, handles, guards, adapters — the parts catalogues never quite have.
Scoped by Load, Temperature and Media
A functional part is a promise. We scope every job against its real operating conditions and pick the material accordingly — MJF nylon for strength, carbon-filled grades for stiffness, ASA for the UAE sun.
| Best technology | HP Multi Jet Fusion for strong, isotropic nylon parts |
|---|---|
| Typical accuracy | ±0.2 mm or ±0.5% — verified on critical dimensions |
| Strength scoping | Load, temperature, chemicals and criticality reviewed per part |
| Quantities | One-off spares to repeat batches from digital inventory |
| Finishing | As-printed, sealed, or painted for service environments |
| Honest limits | Pressure-critical or metal parts: we\'ll recommend the right route instead |
Send the part\'s job description with the file — it changes the material answer more than the geometry does.

Hundreds of Working Parts, Batch After Batch
Labelled nylon PA12 components running in service across the UAE — printed on the HP Jet Fusion 4200, dimension-checked against the drawing, and reordered from file whenever stock runs low. Functional means measurable.
Functional Parts — Common Questions
Are 3D printed parts strong enough for real use?
MJF nylon PA12 and glass/carbon-filled grades are production-grade — housings, brackets, fixtures and non-critical components perform reliably in service. We scope every part by load, temperature and criticality, and tell you honestly when additive isn\'t the answer.
What tolerance can I expect?
±0.2 mm or ±0.5% typically, finer on critical features by arrangement. Mating dimensions are verified before dispatch, with inspection reports available on request.
Can parts survive outdoors in the UAE climate?
Yes — ASA and coated PETG handle heat and UV far better than standard polymers, and protective sealing extends life further.
How fast can I get a functional part?
One-off parts typically print within days; urgent replacements can be fast-tracked. Far quicker than import lead times for obsolete components.
Can you scale from one part to a batch?
Seamlessly — approved files enter digital inventory, and low-volume production handles repeat batches with identical results.
