Exactly What Happens, In Order
Initial Contact & Enquiry
Reach out via WhatsApp, email or the contact form with a project idea, reference images or an existing 3D file. The goal of this step is only to understand what you want to make — and why.
Technical File Review
Our team examines size, wall thickness and complexity — with feedback and recommended adjustments that improve strength and print success before anything is committed.
Quote & Timeline
Pricing based on material, technology, part size and finishing — plus a production schedule you can plan around. Usually the same working day.
Material & Method Selection
FDM, SLA or MJF chosen for your project's actual needs — never a one-size-fits-all default. You approve before printing starts.
Printing & Quality Monitoring
Machines build the part layer by layer with continuous monitoring of temperature, stability and accuracy — failed prints are our cost, not yours.
Post-Processing
Support removal, cleaning, sanding — and optional finishing like colour-matched painting — prepare the part for handover.
Packaging & Delivery
Careful packaging, then courier delivery across Dubai and the UAE — or free pickup from Dubai Investments Park. Delivery timelines by emirate.

Can I really start with just a WhatsApp message?
Yes — most orders do. Send an idea, a photo or a file to +971 55 664 1786 and an engineer takes it from there; the first step exists only to understand what you want to make.
How fast do quotes arrive?
Usually within working hours the same day — with pricing broken down by material, technology, size and finish, plus a production schedule.
What if my file has problems?
Step 2 catches them — wall thickness, size and complexity are reviewed with recommended fixes before printing, and mesh repair is routine.
Do I choose the technology or do you?
We recommend FDM, SLA or MJF based on your project's needs and explain why; you approve before anything prints. Prefer to specify? That works too.
Pickup or delivery?
Both — free pickup at Schon Business Park, Dubai Investments Park (Mon–Fri 9–6, Sat 9–2), or courier delivery across all seven emirates.
