Why Energy Teams Call Us

Four Problems Additive Solves On-Site

Reverse engineering service

Less Downtime

Reproduce obsolete and hard-to-source parts on demand instead of waiting on long import lead times.

Faster Engineering Cycles

Functional prototypes in days to validate fit, form and function before costly fabrication.

Lighter, Smarter Tooling

Custom jigs, fixtures and assembly aids tailored precisely to your equipment and workflows.

Confidential by Default

Proprietary designs stay private — NDAs welcome on every engagement, including pre-tender work.

Parts & Components

What We Print for Oil & Gas

Scoped by load, temperature, media and criticality — honest advice on what additive should and shouldn't do.

Functional Prototypes

Validate fit, form and function with accurate prototypes before committing to expensive tooling, machining or fabrication.

Jigs, Fixtures & Tooling

Custom assembly aids, alignment guides, gauges and protective tooling built around your specific equipment.

Obsolete & Hard-to-Source Parts

Reverse-engineer and reproduce discontinued polymer components to keep ageing assets and legacy equipment running.

Housings, Brackets & Enclosures

Non-critical housings, mounts, spacers, covers and cable management in durable engineering polymers, made to spec.

Cutaway & Training Models

Sectioned and exploded models that explain valves, pumps, manifolds and processes for HSE briefings and operator training.

Facility, Rig & Plant Models

Detailed scale models of rigs, refineries, modules and plants for design reviews, tenders, stakeholder briefings and exhibitions.

Engineered for Harsh Conditions

Materials That Survive the Field

High-temperature polymers, chemical and corrosion-resistant grades, reinforced nylons — plus ESD-safe and flame-retardant options where the application demands them.

How an Order Runs

From Worn Part to Delivered Replacement in Six Steps

01

Brief & Files

Share drawings, CAD files — or the physical part itself.

02

Scan / Rebuild

3D scanning and reverse-engineering recreate lost or legacy geometry when needed.

03

Material & Process

A clear recommendation with a fixed quote and timeline before anything prints.

04

Printing

Production on the appropriate technology — FDM, SLA or MJF.

05

Finishing & QC

Post-processing plus dimensional verification against your drawing.

06

Delivery

Secure packing and UAE-wide distribution — aligned to your shutdown window.

FAQ

Oil & Gas 3D Printing — Common Questions

Can you reproduce obsolete parts?

Yes. Send us a sample, a drawing or even a worn part and we'll 3D scan and reverse-engineer it, then reproduce it in a suitable engineering polymer.

Do you print metal parts?

Our process focus is high-performance polymers. For metal or pressure-critical parts we assess suitability honestly and recommend the appropriate manufacturing route instead of overselling additive.

Are 3D printed parts suitable for end use?

Many are — tooling, jigs, fixtures, housings and various non-critical components perform well in service. We scope every part by load, temperature, media and criticality.

What about high-temperature or chemical environments?

We offer high-temperature resins, PA12 and glass-/carbon-filled nylons, and chemically resistant grades — selected per application against the media and temperatures involved.

Is our design data safe with you?

Absolutely. We routinely work with proprietary equipment and pre-tender designs and are happy to sign your NDA before any files are shared.
