When a machine's manufacturer is gone, the part is discontinued, or the drawing never existed, we reverse-engineer it: 3D-scan the worn original, rebuild it as clean editable CAD, correct the wear or the flaw in the model, then print a replacement.

The result is a part that's better than the original and available in days — instead of a machine sitting idle waiting for a supplier who may never ship.

Can you replace an obsolete industrial part with no drawing?

Yes — that's one of our strongest use cases. We 3D-scan the worn or broken original, rebuild it as clean editable CAD, fix the wear or flaw in the model, and print a replacement. Often the new part is better than the one it replaces, and available in days.

How durable are 3D printed industrial components?

Very, in the right material — nylon PA12 for general wear and toughness, carbon-filled nylon for stiffness and metal-replacement, polycarbonate for impact and heat. We spec by the part's actual duty and tell you honestly when a job belongs on a mill instead.

Can printed parts replace metal components?

Often, yes — carbon-filled nylon replaces machined aluminium for many brackets, fixtures and housings at a fraction of the cost and lead time. For true structural metal duty or certified parts, we'll say "machine it" rather than oversell the plastic.

Can I order a single industrial part?

Yes — from a single urgent spare up to a batch of fixtures, batch sizes stay flexible. With no tooling involved, one part is economical, and repeat parts print identically on demand whenever you need them.
