You send drawings — BIM, CAD or even marketing PDFs. We handle everything from scale recommendation to showroom installation, combining SLA fine detail, FDM structure, laser-cut acrylic and hand finishing.

Commissioning a Model — Common Questions
How much does an architectural model cost in Dubai?
Size, scale, detail level and options (lighting, casing) drive the price — a compact villa model and a full illuminated masterplan are different commissions. Send drawings and your display space and we\'ll quote firmly, with options at more than one budget level.
How long before my launch should I order?
Small models take 2–3 weeks, large-scale models 4–6. Add buffer for review rounds — commissioning 6–8 weeks before a launch is comfortable; tighter deadlines are possible with fast-tracking.
What files do you need from our architects?
Ideally BIM or CAD; otherwise 2D drawings or even marketing PDFs work — our design team rebuilds what\'s missing.
Can the model be updated as the design changes?
Yes — modular construction means swappable buildings and phases. Many developers update models between project phases rather than commissioning anew.
Do you deliver and install?
Yes — protective packing, delivery across the UAE, and on-site installation with casing and lighting connected and tested.
