Large Format 3D Printing in Dubai. Metre-scale builds. Millimetre precision.
Oversized structures measured in metres, not millimetres — props, sculptures, displays and architectural elements printed in segments across our farm, then bonded and finished to look like one seamless piece.
What is large format 3D printing?
Large format 3D printing produces metre-scale props, displays and architectural elements by printing in precision segments and seamlessly joining them — no size ceiling a single build plate would impose, finished and painted in-house in Dubai.
Beyond the Build Plate
Large format 3D printing is the ability to create oversized structures — pieces that conventional printers simply can't fit. It delivers faster production for large components, high precision with full design freedom, and less material waste than traditional fabrication methods.
Our approach: your model is intelligently segmented, printed in parallel across the machine fleet, then bonded, filled, sanded and painted so joints disappear. Dubai itself is betting big on this technology — 3D-printed buildings are already a reality here, success stories like Dubai's 3D-printed office have proven the approach at building scale, and the Dubai 3D Printing Strategy aims for 25% of new buildings to be 3D printed by 2030.
- Smart segmentation. Split for strength, printed in parallel for speed.
- Seamless finishing. Bonded, filled, sanded and painted — no visible joints.
- Built to last. Outdoor-grade materials and internal reinforcement where needed.
- Less waste, more sustainable. Additive uses only the material the part actually needs.

Technologies That Scale
How a Metre-Scale Build Comes Together
Model & Segment
We analyse your model, engineer the segmentation and plan reinforcement.
Print in Parallel
Segments run simultaneously across the FDM farm — days instead of weeks.
Bond & Blend
Precision assembly, bonding, filling and sanding until joints disappear.
Finish & Install
Priming, painting and sealing — then UAE-wide delivery or on-site assembly.
In-Mall Heritage Showcase, Built to Draw Crowds
A large-scale miniature heritage village display produced for a Dubai mall installation — dozens of buildings, vehicles and landscape elements printed, painted and arranged in a glass showcase that shoppers stop to study.

Large Format 3D Printing — Common Questions
How big can you actually print?
Single pieces are limited by machine build volume, but segmented builds remove that ceiling — we routinely produce multi-metre structures. The practical limits become transport and installation, and we plan both into the build.
Will I see the joints between segments?
No. Segments are bonded, filled, sanded and painted so the finished piece reads as one object. Where a design allows, we also hide seams along natural feature lines.
Can large prints be used outdoors?
Yes — we print outdoor pieces in ASA or coated PETG, which resist UAE heat and UV far better than standard materials, and seal them with exterior-grade finishes.
How long does a large format project take?
Typically 1–3 weeks depending on size, complexity and finish level. Parallel printing across the farm keeps even very large builds on aggressive timelines.
What drives the cost of a big print?
Size, wall thickness and infill, reinforcement needs and finish level. Send your model — or even a reference image — and we'll respond with options at more than one budget level.
