Quality Assurance
at Orbit3D.
Every part that leaves Dubai Investments Park has been reviewed before printing, monitored during, and measured after. Here's exactly what that means — with honest tolerances and no certificates we haven't earned.
Five Gates Between Your File and Your Hands
File Review & Feasibility
Geometry checked for printability, wall thickness and tolerance risks — problems surface before printing, not after.
Material & Process Verification
The right material for the duty, on the right machine, with settings proven for that combination.
In-Process Monitoring
Builds watched for adhesion, layer quality and consistency — failed prints are our cost, never yours.
Dimensional Inspection
Critical dimensions measured against your drawing — typically ±0.2 mm or ±0.5%, finer by arrangement, with reports on request.
Finish & Final Check
Surface quality, assembly fit and finish verified against the agreed spec before secure packing.
Our Working Standards
The commitments that apply to every job, batch and reorder — in writing, on this page, so you can hold us to them.
| Accuracy | ±0.2 mm or ±0.5% typical (finer on SLA/MJF by arrangement); critical dims verified |
|---|---|
| Out-of-spec parts | Reprinted at our cost — agreed spec is the contract |
| Batch consistency | Same file, material and settings on record; reorders match the first run |
| Reports | Dimensional inspection reports available on request for production work |
| Material honesty | Duty-scoped recommendations — documented limits on metal, certified and safety-critical parts |
| Confidentiality | Restricted file access; NDAs standard |
The Certificates Section, Honestly
You'll find no ISO badges here — because we haven't completed those certifications yet, and we won't print logos we haven't earned. What we offer instead is process transparency: the five gates above, measurable tolerances, and reports you can audit. When formal certifications are earned, they'll appear on this page first.

Tell us which dimensions are critical — they'll come back verified, with the report to prove it.
