Questions.
Everything clients ask before their first order — grouped, answered honestly, and linked to the pages with the full detail.
Where can I find reliable 3D printing services near me in Dubai?
Orbit3D operates a full in-house production facility at Schon Business Park, Dubai Investments Park — a 100+ printer FDM farm, industrial SLA and an HP Jet Fusion 4200 — with 22,000+ prints delivered, verifiable Google reviews, and courier delivery across Dubai and all seven emirates. Upload a file for a same-day quote, or collect in person from DIP.
How much does it cost to get a 3D print in Dubai?
Pricing depends on material, part volume and finish — full price tables are in the 2026 cost guide, or upload your file for an exact same-day quote.
How do I get a quote or estimate?
See the cost guide for typical rates, upload your file for an exact same-day quote, or WhatsApp us directly at +971 55 664 1786.
What file formats do you accept?
STL, OBJ, STEP, IGES, 3MF and DWG. Files with errors are repaired routinely — send them anyway.
Can you help if I don't have a 3D file?
Yes — our design team creates or modifies designs from sketches, photos with measurements, 2D PDFs or even a described idea.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards, bank transfers and online payments.
Can you handle urgent or rush orders?
Yes — fast-track options exist for time-sensitive projects. Send the deadline first; we confirm feasibility before you commit.
How long does a 3D printing project take?
Most projects complete within a few days, depending on size, quantity and finish — with expedited options available. Architectural models run 2–6 weeks by scale.
Do you deliver outside Dubai?
Yes — secure, tracked delivery across all seven emirates from Dubai Investments Park, usually within a day of completion. See delivery information.
Can I collect my parts?
Absolutely — collection from Schon Business Park, Dubai Investments Park during working hours (Mon–Fri 9–6, Sat 9–2).
What materials are available?
PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, Nylon PA12, a full resin range, carbon-fiber composites, polycarbonate and ASA — matched to each project's duty. Full properties in the materials guide.
How do you ensure quality?
A five-gate process: file review, process verification, in-process monitoring, dimensional inspection (typically ±0.2 mm) and finish checks — detailed on the quality assurance page. Out-of-spec parts are reprinted at our cost.
Do you print metal?
Not currently — and we say so rather than overpromise. Carbon-filled nylon honestly covers many "metal" requests; for the rest we'll point you to the right route.
Which material survives UAE outdoor conditions?
ASA first — UV- and heat-stable by design — with coated PETG and PA12 as engineering alternatives.
What services does Orbit3D offer?
The full pipeline: 3D printing (FDM, SLA, MJF), rapid prototyping, model making, large format, 3D design, 3D scanning, reverse engineering, low-volume production and post-processing.
What industries do you serve?
Architecture, real estate, automotive, aviation, oil & gas, healthcare, art, retail, awards, education, marine and jewellery — each with a dedicated page under industries.
Do you support complex or ongoing projects?
Yes — consulting-style support for complex builds, plus digital inventory for repeat production: files on record, reorders identical.
Is my design confidential?
Always — restricted file access as standard, NDAs signed on request, and unreleased products handled routinely.
