Can I collect instead?
Always — free collection from Schon Business Park, Zone-3, Office 56, Dubai Investments Park during working hours (Mon–Fri 9–6, Sat 9–2).
What if a part arrives damaged?
Photograph it and message us — packaging failures are our responsibility, and replacements print immediately.
Do you ship outside the UAE?
Yes — clients in 20+ countries have received our work. International shipping is quoted per destination.
